There
are three very comfortable double bedrooms, two with private bath/shower,
and one 'ensuite'. They are all upstairs on the first floor. This is a very
old house and therefore floors are uneven, ceilings can be low, and regrettably
there is no access for wheelchairs. The garden also has some steps. There
is ample central heating and log-fires.
The extensive farmhouse buffet breakfast encompasses local and organic food wherever possible, and special requirements can be catered for if agreed in advance. The kitchen is always available for making beverages and cold drinks and there are also trays for this purpose in all the bedrooms. There is no smoking at this property, and no television - to preserve the peace of this place for your enjoyment.
Rates vary from £60 per room per night (£35 Single Occupancy) for 'Patchwork', to £90 for either of the two larger rooms, 'North and South' and 'The Green Room'. To view the rooms visit the 'Photos' page.
